When you're ready to cancel, we just ask for written notice, and your plan stays active for 30 days from that date, billed as usual for that final cycle. That last month keeps your site live while we hand everything over smoothly — and once it's up, your billing stops for good. No penalties, no fine print.

No setup fees on any plan — your first month covers the initial build. The only possible extra is a domain name: if you don't already own one, registering it costs just $10–$15, and we'll walk you through the steps to set up your domain. Any optional one-time services (like logo design) are always listed clearly up front.

Once your 30-day notice period ends, your website goes offline. Your domain is always yours, though — we'll transfer it to a registrar of your choice at no charge. And if you'd like to keep the website itself, you can: we'll hand over the full site files for a one-time $250 fee, so you're free to host them anywhere you like.

Yes. Pay for a full year up front and you get 2 months free — so you only pay for 10 months instead of 12. We'll work out the payment details together on your free call and find the setup that fits you best.

Absolutely. Move up or down anytime — the change applies on your next billing cycle. Add-ons can also be added or removed month-to-month.

Great — we'll work with your existing domain. You either keep it where it is and we just point it at the new site, or you can transfer it to us so we manage renewals for you. Either way, no extra cost.

Typically 5–10 business days from our first discovery call, depending on the plan and how quickly you provide content. Premium sites with custom features can take 2–3 weeks.

We handle all payments securely through Stripe, so you can pay with any major credit or debit card. We bill monthly on the same date each month, and receipts are emailed to you automatically.
